About This Course
Welcome to the Course on Information Security Essentials.
This course has been divided into twenty one units. Initially this course will start with “Introduction to Networking”. In this you will be getting the idea about LAN ,WAN, Internet and Intranet. After this you will learn requirement to setup a LAN. Here I will explain about different types of devices,message, protocol and different types of mediums such as Coax, UTP, STP and Fiber optics.Gradually you will learn about OSI and TCP/IP model and other advanced networking concepts in details.
Requirements
Students need to have basic knowledge on computer security to take this course.
